		<description>Hi Didi,

I just watched a documentary on tv about a French girl living in Boston who went from writing a culinary blog as a leisure to full-time professional blogger, very renowed culinary journalist/consultant and awarded food photograph with press and media recognition.

Her blog is now ranked among the 50 most read blogs in the world. It has nothing to do with hospitality but what a briliant example of PR, so well handled and professionally managed! This girl has created a brand out of her name by using her personal life and cooking experiences as a storyline and attracted all social medias and general medias like a stone. And in fact she is not the only one of the kind, as you explains in your post here.

Reading this post about "homemadebyamanda", I thought you would also enjoy the lecture of her delicious recipes... For your eyes only (or not?....) :

Enjoy!
